Here's the odd thing, I can wear size 9 in Simpson (snug, but slightly longer than necessary) and I can just wear size 8.5 UK in Rain, but at 8,5 the shoe is realistically too tight. It rubs against the side and heel, but I can wear it.

So I guess my foot size is something like a 9 in Rain (or maybe more like an 8.75).

"When in doubt, go up in size" - ancient Swedish proverb :)

Some of our new Liverano ties pictured below, for you Swedes we do have a larger selection in store as well. Had the chance to meet with Antonio Liverano and Taka Osaki during my recent trip to Firenze. Spoke mostly with Taka, what a great guy and unsurprisingly he's amazingly stylish.
Link to our Liverano online accessories: http://www.skoaktiebolaget.se/collections/liverano-liverano-ties-and-pocket-squares

Correct me if I'm wrong but I still think we are the only online retailer of Liverano accessories.
Beautiful ties!
Do you still have the orange one that a previously saw on you website ? I don't see it anymore...

And good news for the Beaulieu in February ! ;-)

Ordered a belt that they shipped immediately on the 7th, it his customs in New York on the 10th, and it's been sitting there ever since. Any ideas how long that can take? I have previously ordered shoes from them that were only in customs for a couple of days if I'm recalling correctly. Is there anything to be done to expedite the process?

Put me on the notify list if this make-up is done again!
Especially interested in a cognac or saddle shell, or a comparable shade in calf leather

Thanks! We only had one of these (all our ties are made up in a very limited quantity) and it was sold just the other day.

You can use the tracking number we provided to track the parcel on https://www.usps.com/. I would think contacting the sorting facility they ended up at might speed things up. Please let us know through e-mail if you need any assistance.

I was referring to:

Enzo Bonafé pre-order for model 3824 (modified).

Maker: Enzo Bonafé, made in Italy, hand welted
Model: Plain Toe Derby Boot (modified model 3824)
Color: Burgundy Grain
Last: 363 round classic last
Sole: Double Dainite sole, 360 welt
Details: Visible brass eyelets and speed hooks (in total 9 pairs of eyelets)

It occurs to me that Carmina and Alden MTO boots are getting to be fairly commonplace on SF.
Bonafe has more exclusivity to me, plus, the fact that they offer hand welting further distinguishes them from the Goodyear welted offerings of the other makers.

I would be interested in a second run of this MTO, particularly if the following changes were incorporated

Model: Cap Toe Boot (in fact, the picture in the OP #1288 appears to be a cap toe)
Color: Cognac or Whiskey in Saddle or Calf. Museum calf might be interesting as well
Last: 363 round classic, or 946 chiseled
Eyelets: in the same shade as the leather, blind, or brass

I had been using USPS, which is quite useful once it leaves Europe, but it did actually kick out of customs the night after I posted this. Good to know I can contact them if needed in the future.

Trying to contact the ISC will be an exercise in frustration.
Sitting there a week or more really isn't unusual either.
Just warning you.

I'd say it's actually pretty uncommon, we usually ship to the US east coast within about 4-6 working days, but delays occur from time to time.

We have a restock of this model incoming in brown Chromexcel. I hope it will come in during next week. Drop us an e-mail if you wish to be notified when it arrives.

Thanks for the feedback by the way. We price our products in line with or even a little higher than Carmina for clients within the European Union, but International clients can take advantage of the VAT deduction (and Sweden has the highest VAT in the world).

I would suggest a group MTO with loden green or navy instead with storm welt and rubber sole. Better to have museum calf used if possible.

A pity that Carmina is refusing to make a cordovan jodhpur boot again
