I picked up the kudu split toe boot from Epaulet as my bad weather solution. It's my first experience with the Soller so I hope they fit as the next half size up is unavailable. If not...it may be time for a monkey boot :)

@Leaves
Any plans to stock any Carmina in kudu?

impeccable collection! each pair is amazing in its own right and the three together are a great diversity from one other. Now you just need a suede one

Not only are those Dovers beautiful but they are all different enough to take on different functions in a well rounded wardrobe. It is hard to pick a favorite.

Are you referring to their normal split toe? Or the way EG and G&G makes it?

I've seen a Simpson split toe.

If I remember correctly, you were stocking a split-toe blucher in cordovan on the Queens (?) last a while back, weren't you?

I can't remember whether the split-toe stitching was obvious or whether the seam was quite fine.

Since you guys seem to have lacked the cojones to go through with this as a GMTO a few months ago, I had to get a one-off:

The alligator seems to be a darker color than the original that SB showed us over the summer, but I'm by no means displeased. The finish on the alligator is gorgeous, and once I get a good wax on the toes, we'll really be in business. Cheers to all the folks at SB who helped me out with this one!
