I've added all that I could verify, but I didn't see any Lee's raw denim. Can someone set me straight here?

John Elliott & Co. is a new all American brand - Perfect fit. I have the "Cast" in obsidian raw selvedge and they are an amazing black raw denim.

All made in downtown LA. They also have some really nice sweats with riri zippers.

disclaimer: these are my friends, but I wouldn't rep here if their stuff wasn't amazing. If you are in LA American Rag is carrying them.

Edit: priced 225-320 - all the raw stuff is less.
I'm a fan of their aesthetics

From what I can see most Lee 101 and Lee repros are now made in Japan (and I've heard Poland too?), not in the USA. But they're still really gorgeous jawnz.

Check out Willliamsburg Garment Co. One man shop. Great raw denims and cuts. Committed to fair prices, as in HALF the price of most of the jeans sold by the companies on this list. To get these great prices, he has strict policies, like no returns. So make sure to look at the fit guide or find one of the very few stockists in your area to try them on. I have the Grand St Camos and LOVE them. I'm also getting Grand St raws soon.

I don't have personal experience with them. But the Independence Chicago store guys have told me they're good - particularly for their price point. Basically they could be sold for a lot more.
