Lanvin sneaker sizing?

Could anyone help me with sizes? I wanted to get some Lanvin trainers and I have to order online.

I wear size IT 43 in common projects, golden goose, pierre balmain

Lanvin is in UK sizing and I am not sure the way they fit. I looked at some conversion chart on their site and it said that IT 43 is 9 UK, I looked at the size 9 and they seem really small.

Help?

For me;

Tigers/Gola/Nike Sneakers/Runners: I wear a US9.
Lanvin Boots: I own a UK8, but I should have bought a UK7.
Lanvin Sneakers: I own a UK8, and could have bought a UK7, but they still fit me fine as they're padded.
Grenson: With a G width, i'm a UK7.5 (size down half). In lower than G widths, i'm a UK8.
Common Projects: I'm a 41 (UK7) in the Tournament Low's (suede), but 42 (UK8) in the Achilies as they're padded.

The common approach to size down one on CP and Lanvin does not necessarily work for me.

I believe this is because I have wide feet (CP's are narrow as ****), and any shoe with padding (CP Achilies / Lanvin Sneakers) makes up for any 'size down' which many others would do.
