I agree this one looks pretty bad. However, I still stand by the product being pretty impressive. I should take some pictures of mine some day.

I think you already established where the stuff is made in a prior post.

Are these examples of the "House Style" ?
Too theatrical for my taste. Too Flusser

Lordsuperb: Who cares what anyone thinks of them? If you like how the garments look and feel -more importantly, how they make YOU feel- it doesn't matter.

Rest assured: At least they are made in America and aren't Hong Kong garments priced like American ones..

I was initially turned off when I pulled out the inner tags in the coat pocket and the jacket said union made. However, they are my nicest suits and are extremely comfortable. Whether China or America I believe HOW it's made should trump where it's made.

FWIW, I started a new job about a year ago and don't have the luxury for random day trips to NYC for suit fittings. I've switched over to one of SF favorite tailors who visits my city and can say the PS suit is just as good as Savile Row suits in terms of construction and fit.

Moreso, I was told very explictly that it wasn't MG.

At that price point I'm under the impression he is competing against the high end NYC tailors. I think it would turn away some buyers from purchasing if they found out it wasn't being made by little Johnny in Williamsburg. Like I said I was pissed when I pulled out the tags but the more I wear it the more I shrug my head. If you like the look buy it. If not there are other tailors in NYC for you try icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif.
