I can't find a ******* sub-letter for my current apartment and I might end up having to pay rent for two apartments once I relocate.

My friend got beaten up last night. We were drinking in a bar until about 3:00 am then I got a cab and he walked home (about 10 minutes) E-mailed him just now,

"You get home OK"

"Naa went to the hospital"

My wife just spoke to his wife on the phone, he's got busted teeth and his eye is so fucked up he might lose sight.

Yeah in Japan. I don't know the details yet but yeah looks like he got jumped. 3:00 am Saturday night in the red light district of any city can be dangerous I guess, even in Japan.

Worked ****** off this morning and got a lot of flak for doing what I'm supposed to at my other-other-side job.

Went to tradeshow. Waste of time.

Tried to take shortcut to meet up at a dinner with some friends I was too tired to go to. Got lost like a mug somewhere in north-westish jersey, which to me might as well be canada.

Got to dinner. People I wanted to see were not there, people I didn't were. Got very incredibly ****** news about two of my favorite people.


But, finally home.
