good morning! I'm about to go running (no that's not pissing me off). Before that I folded some laundry and trimmed one of the dogs' claws.

sent the bill to a customer. now, his wife, who was the person i dealt with through the procedure, got back to me claiming that her husband is not happy with the amount i charged them.

damn armeni.n - worse than joos, sorry stitch.

it's always the same bullsh.t with this guy. i should block him...

4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath. jacuzzi, double shower (actually, we ripped out the tub to make a two-person shower. It is teh awesome.

Not sure. I'm about to call them back and see if I can get things unfucked. That said...if worst comes to worst I can either sell it at or near market rate, or rent it for a bit more.
