To be honest before I bought them I thought the same that I would darken the rose coloured part but in real life they do not look that rosy! the colour is a quite light hence I left it and this may darken anyway after a while. I am just afraid not to spoil the colour completely by trying to use different colour polishes. I have tried this on a Westminster I have in night shade but nothing seamed to work.The nightshade in the sunlight has a purple shade which I sometimes find more difficult to carry off.
look good but I dont think I could pull off the color. Maybe if I darkened the shaft a bit
