Why does the Sand Suede DB seem hard to find in different sizes online? Both Zappos and Clark's website only have 6.5 and 13. Is this color getting discontinued or do they just need to restock?

Does anyone proxy desert boots?

They want 140 USD for Desert Boots on eBay with shipping to AU, were as people get them for dirt cheap here.

Anyone know any proxies or internation retailers?

This guy at works seems to always be getting new pairs. I wonder if buys them from the UK. I should ask him.

Do you guys remember the Banana Republic DBs? I got a pair of those and hate how they're so tight, and the toe on the boot goes out about almost an inch further than my foot. I went down a whole size, but couldn't go down any further because of how tight they were. Are the Clarks DBs pretty much the same?

Just got a pair of Beeswax DBs a few days ago. I went with 9s but it seemed like both 9s and 9.5s fit. I'm a 10 in Vans Eras/Authentics. They feel tight but I think thats because I've only worn Vans the past two years of my life. I still have like 1/4" to 1/2" of space in front of my toes. Will they stretch a bit? They get more comfortable each day so I think so plus it's still winter and I'm wearing bulky socks.

I'm interested in an answer as well.

But also, do Beeswax DBs fit the same as Suede DBs?

I've tried on the Suedes only and an 8.5 fit me snug, should I get the same in the Beeswax? Thanks

Hmm interesting, thanks for that. I don't think I've seen anyone mention that in this thread!

Anyone else with similar experiences?

the beeswax clarks fit the same as the suede clarks and they will stretch.

i'm a 9 in most shoes (except adidas where i'm a 11.5, yeah idk either) so i got a 9 in clarks and they were a lil snug when i first got them. now they're loose.

what color is the one closest to sand suede? I might have to get this to go with my grey denim.

Who knows, it seems every time I finally decide I want a pair of DB's Clarks goes and makes them impossible to find.

Just an FYI, apparently Clarks stores are having a semi-annual sale, but the one by me was extremely underwhelming. They had exactly one variety of desert boots on sale, the lighter brown leather that is apparently being discontinued. I asked if they had a 13 and the clerk working there practically laughed at me. =( It wasn't exactly a steal anyway, I think they were maybe 20 percent off retail, if even.
