Hey Guys,

Looking for a Boston proxy. And yes, I am aware there is a proxy thread, but I did not find any Bostonians in there. So if you are a Boston native and familiar with the Bodega shoe store, please contact me.

Thanks in advance,

John

I'm not in Boston at the moment and won't be for a while (I go to school in Chicago), but I'm a native. If I had to guess, I'd say that Bodega doesn't do phone orders. It's sort of a secret store, so that wouldn't make much sense. When I was in high school, they used to have "Everything you can fit in a trash bag for $__" sales. Pretty cool

i dont know when you went to highschool, but now their phone number is right up on their website. it is very much a "secret store" but obviously less so as time goes on. if they dont do phone orders ill do my best to help out if i can (and if someone who actually lives there doesnt perk up)

Yeah, high school was recent (I'm a senior in college now). I haven't really thought about that store in a while. There are a lot of Bostonians on this board, so I'm sure someone will be able to proxy for you (OP) if the phone order doesn't pan out.
