Only man in LA wearing tweed today. Hey! It's overcast and cool and I'm headed to SFO at 6:00 am.

And today it's wet with an 80% chance of further showers and temperatures in the 60's. Unfortunately, I've got to spend the day in the shop trying to get this ^_(*&(* chair I'm building together. Somehow I just don't see sawdust and tweed being a good combo. Maybe this afternoon when I revert to my fly-tying . . .

And now, this:

Eggplant purple overplaid on brown tweed, with throat latch, pleated pockets, bi-swing half belted back, working cuff buttons in a 44L.

This is the sixth Polo MTM tweed now featured in this thread. If you are anywhere near a 44L, and a tweed-fancier, these are plum pickings.

Just a few of the new Harris Tweed arrivals on the website...

I am now adding a close up slice of the Harris Tweed to show fabrics better when browsing the website and you can now hover zoom over images in the categories ... let me know what you think and if it makes it easier to browse them?

Denise : )

I am officially starting to save up for this

But seriously, I will be listing an Isaia SC and a couple of other items hoping they will net enough to get this :)

Slurp, drool . . .

What a wonderful piece of tweed, Spoo and it fits well, too. Nice on, that man!

It would be worth a search. That really is a gorgeous piece of material.
