- purchased from Peter at Always Never (original retail price: $375)
- one-off collab and only super-limited quantities were produced
- Made in Japan.
- Size is 46 and equates to a 30-31
Hardware - All of the hardware (the denim, the rivets, the zipper, whatever) is Flat Head, so it's super tough and exactly what you'd expect
- Hidden rivets on the back pockets that may become exposed with wear. Hammered brass rivets on all the pockets. All brass hardware
Cut - The design and cut is Geller
- The hem and calves are very skinny but the top block actually fits rather than expecting you to fit to it (e.g. APC)
Details - Great little details like dark green denim on the inside of the zipper (not noticeable when worn but it's cool to know that EVERY detail of these has been planned instead of thrown together)
- The only embellishment is one of the back pockets has two tonal lines sewn across it (can't really see it when it's worn)
- the Flat Head leather patch on the back is cracked, but I think that is just from the wash of the jeans.
Denim - The denim is super, super tough. Not crazy heavy weight, but you can wear these forever and they will just get better.
- They are also really soft and accommodating.
- The color is hard to capture in pictures. They are a worn black that will not fade easily. Kinda punk, kinda dressy. Pretty much the perfect simple black jean that isn't quite black.
Condition - These have been worn (some slight creasing behind the knee), but really no other signs of wear.
