Hey guys,

Thanks to many of you, the Benjamin Sartorial suits have been a tremendous hit among our customers, with over 400 sold since we launched 2.5 years ago! These are lean times, and the Benjamin suits offer one of the best values available in OTR suits at $495 for a full floating canvassed garment.

Even though we will continue to sell the basic solids, we're getting a multitude of requests for more fabric choices. So what say ye? You can only choose ONE of the choices below, with the assumption that you already have solid navy, charcoal and light/medium gray in your wardrobe.

Feel free to chime in if you don't see your choice listed below.... browns, tans, taupe, etc. I assume that most stick to blues and grays... perhaps a medium/dark blue?

navy white pinstripe
charcoal white pinstripe
medium gray white pinstripe

Cant go wrong with any of these. If only one, navy white pinstripe it should be.

I just got a Brooks Brothers Fitzgerald in light grey with shadow herringbone pattern (subtle) it looks super nice and is very versatile. The Navy one looked great too, but maybe might look a bit too close to a classic Navy.

Solid or Glenplaid light grey is underappreciated by RTW manufacturers, yet it is a fantastic suiting option. While I think a pinstripe suit in a versatile color is great, there is a bevy of options out there.

I would go with a pinstripe either navy pr med grey that would be the next most versatile options for a suit.

That's partly why I went with nailhead, although it was a toss up between that or glen plaid.

Ben, a medium blue would be an interesting option. :thumbs-up:

I chose Navy Windowpane just to be rebellious though I do agree a pinstripe should be next in line.

Agreed. I voted for glenplaid but would really like to see a light gray as well.

I just made my first order this week and am excited to see the goods! I really like that one can buy extra pants and/or a vest separately... I've actually never owned a 3-piece suit but it's nice to have the option. I wonder what the sales have been like on the vests?

+1 on the light gray solids!

I have one for summer in a super lightweight fabric that I've become so fond of that I'm looking for a very light gray solid flannel this winter.

It's just a great color for guys such as myself who have graying hair on their temples.

Thanks for all the responses! We do/did offer a navy pinstripe, and I suppose they sold OK (we still have 2 sizes left available in 36S, 41/42R, but they trickled out over time... we are working with a new factory and if all goes well we have smaller minimums, which could/would be great!
