I love that the top 3 defenders by score are currently all under 5.0 million pounds
The cream has a way of rising to the top, though.

What a rotten week. I am another with Simpson on the bench but thankfully a couple of my first team Zamora and Hoolihan did not play.

Dempsey, Downing and Aguero all disappointed me this week, not to mention Kompany and Hart both coming away with 1 point while I left El Habsi on the bench. At least I correctly played Simpson on the field. What REALLY hurts is Enrique on my bench. No question he'll get at least 2 bonus points, more likely 3.

Jarvis will add some points for me, thankfully, but even with Jarvis and a good performance from Young, I'll be lucky to hit 40 points. =\

I hate the starting weeks since it's so hard to tell who's going to start and then who's going to be crap this season vs who's just off form

Gervinho given a 3-game suspension while Barton walks away free as a bird. Both should get equal punishment

Indeed. I can tell you one thing for sure: I dont think many people expected Bolton to come up with 6 goals in the first two fixtures! And with their horrible initial run-in, I was loathe to put a finger on any of their players. Eagles, Muamba, Cahill and Klasnic have been fantastic!

Gervinho dived. Joey Barton did what any self respecting footballer should do. No doubt he exaggerated the slap and probably should have received a red, he was making a statement about Gervinho diving. And Gervinho dived midweek a few times as well. #Stayonyourfeet

Site is down. Want to see if Ashley Young put up reasonable numbers.

No goals, no assists. So he'll have 3 points, I believe (2 for playing 82 mins, 1 for keeping a clean sheet).

Was a bad challenge followed by what would have gotten him a beat down in most other sports, instead he falls over like a ***** as soon as he's touched

Disappointed by Al-Habsi getting 8 points and Hart 1 and I really don't like the league table on the new site. Needs weekly totals and ranks

I was hoping he's save my rather grim week, but no nothing doing...

The site does need some work - it might have fancier graphics than last year, but it's not as good. Still it seems to be improving a bit...

Wow, that was a horrible week for me, only 27 points. Could have been a bit better if I hadn't placed both Simpson and Enrique on the bench.

AS a fellow 27 point man, I know how you feel. I love how Odemwingie came in to play a whole 16 minutes and got a yellow card giving me a big fat goose egg.

I jumped like 14 places up, so I'm feeling pretty good. Even without Hart having played.
