IMO, these fade slow and even, not uber contrasty like japanese denim.

I don't know poly. You can already begin to see my phone and honeycombs on my Grifters at 16 wears. Unless there is really intense fading at the start that slows down over time

yeah, no doubt you get fading, but it's not uber contrasted. I have decent fading on mine already, but that's after 6 months. check the denim thread.

I HAVE FOUND MY NEW JEANS! I need some advice though. I'm considering grifters sanforized in a 29. My true waist is a 30. good idea? also, do you guys recommend the sanforized or the shrink to fit?

If anyone is interested in my 32 x 32's, shoot me a PM. I'm thinking that a 31 might be a slightly better fit so I'm going to have Ande make me another pair as soon as he gets more fabric in...

No, you cannot size down in Ande Whall. I tried to with results so devastating to my manhood that I had to return them for a larger size. Get a 30 sanforized or 31 STF.

Yeah; they're both dope, though.

I have a pair of the last round, Cougars with sanforized Cone Mills yellow-line selvage. They haven't stretched much at all.

my 33 grifters now measure 35 due to wearing them very low for 4 months. I'd say they stretch 1-2 inches in the waist like many other jeans do.

no significant stretching at all.
