Don't know if this may be of any use, but this luxury horn eyewear pair of Cerf Bois CB026 was made by a Vietnamese manufacturer in Saigon, whom I and another forum member recently visited.

The guy said frame's front, temples (unattached, picture's bottom left corner) and nose pads were made and laser-engraved by him. Nose pad arms and joints were imported.

He also made gorgeous (buffalo) shoehorn.

Just because we don't have any pre-Brooks Brothers Peal & Co. insoles or nail patterns posted, here's a vintage, bespoke pair I picked up. I'm pretty certain that they are the original soles as PEAL is cut into the waist, but can't say for sure on the heels. My guess is no, as I think these shoes pre-date the use of dovetail rubber lifts. Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Hello styleforum. I need some help finding out what maker these tags represent. It's from an Amsterdam shop called Pauw Mannen.

This is such a great resource, especially when shopping online; it has helped me to learn more about all the makers and their unique indicators. I'm trying to soak up as much info as possible. This forum is great.

A stamp bearing "Union Made" can be seen on the insole of the shoe, and "GENUINE SHELL CORDOVAN" is embossed on the outsole of the shoe. The heel is manufactured by Wingfoot Goodyear, the nail pattern can be seen in the second last picture. The following is printed on the right interior wall of each shoe "9 B M105077 5001". Also, I can see "PS SHOES" and "For Men" faintly on inside of the shoe, these markings are faint due to wear. The only thing that I can think of bearing the initials PS is Paul Smith, but I haven't seen any Cordovan from the house of Smith before.
