if an off the rack Isaia jacket is a touch snug through the body, does anyone know if a tailor can let out the sides a bit?

I'm not sure if there would be fabric behind the current seams or not. Just curious if anyone knows there way around this sort of thing...

if it has not been altered before, and there is cloth inside then it may be let out.
but the only way to find out is to look inside.
your tailor can tell you for sure.
you can try to tell by feeling the seams. you can feel the double thickness of the seams.
that is 1/4"on each side of the seam line. any thing more than that is for letting out.
