OP, your jeans are a good wash but they are too baggy. You don't need skinny jeans, but you should buy slimmer jeans; many many designers offer some sort of "slim straight" option.

Your shirt is fine (I actually think it looks quite nice untucked), but you want to make the sleeve roll a little more messy. If the roll is too clean, the overall look will be too clean.

Your shoes look kind of bad. They're too chunky, as most adidas/nike stuff is. Canvas plimsolls (Keds, for instance) would look a little bit better. Just make sure you wear a slim shoe with slim denim. You could also try a casual boot (such as the Alden indy boot); it would be in keeping with the clean wash and shirt.

If you want more feedback, you should post your next fit in WAYWT.

Nothing blatantly wrong with it. I wouldn't go with the unbuttoned look on the top button, and BBBF shirts are a bad cut imo with its slim body but low armholes. Shoes are ok, but if you have the budget, get something more interesting than just white adidas ss.

If you want a slimmer RRL jean go with the slim fit or even the low straight. The straight leg and the low straight are said to be the same in everything but rise, but I know for a fact the low straight looks much slimmer and better on than the straight. But I do love the choice you made in the denim department. The slim fit may not work on your body at all, which is the case for some people so don't assume that is the correct RRL fit for you.

The sleeves do need to be rolled higher as well. I think you would be fine with the top button undone if you had the collar closer to your neck. It seems to be opened up too much.

I think if the idea is youthful then the unbuttoned and untucked shirt is the right move but makeshift robot is right about the sleeves, roll them higher at least.

Right now the outfit is basically the standard college bar uniform at my school so you are definitely doing the youthful thing, but slimmer jeans and more interesting shoes as others have described will help differentiate you there.

Jeans are too wide from the knee down, and this is coming from a guy who doesn't like really slim jeans. I think an 8-8.5" hem would work for you. I have a pair of Stan Smiths, but they're strictly relegated to gym wear. Keeping it in the same budget, I think Chucks would work better here.

All the comments are greatly appreciated. Especially some of you guys wrote very detailed feedback. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Based on the feedback I gathered so far:

Sleeves need to be rolled even higher, and the roll need to be a bit of messy look. - I guess I can rolled them up prior to putting the shirt on. As right now, the sleeves are very tight. It is a size 0. And I am 5'10" and 161 lb. My arms don't look very masculine, that is probably why the sleeves look a bit baggy.

Jeans are not slim enough - I totally agree. They probably will end up in the B&S soon. The real skinny type of jeans may not for me. Enen my wasit is only 32, but I have managed to have some guts along the waistline (I am in my early 40s, don't think will have 6 packs anymore...and I have never had :LOL

Sneakers don't look right. -

I usually don't wear sneakers except when working out. I thought the sneakers will give some youthful look. I guess I was wrong. Boots only from now on.

I updated the original thread to include a 2nd effort. What do you think? What about the fit of the jeans. The rise are bit low than I am used to. Any other jeans you guys would recommend?

There is something about the first jean + shirt combo that makes you look like you have womanly hips

I agree that the bottom half of the jeans are too big

I would just look to slim your whole silhouette... narrow leg opening on the jeans, get the shirts taken in around the waist and go with some summery canvas shoes. Wanting a younger look is good but the details are always more important
