What is this exclusive range? Higher end than handgrades?

I liked the last as well as that brogue design, but thought the wingcap kinda 'spilled over' the sides oddly because of the angles.

Yes, the Exclusive will consist of 6 styles with a choice of colours. Rolled waist and channelled sole. The Hand Grade will be the real top end stuff, consisting of 8 styles to start with, these will be MTO. There is also the full MTO program which allows you to take any style and change it, so, you could take a country boot, change the colour, pattern, sole etc. There are few examples on Chay's blog: http://alfred-sargent.blogspot.com/p/home.html

I know what you mean, I'll have to post to pictures of them being worn, as the sharpness of the lines is lost on the wingtip once they're being worn, if that makes sense.

Bought these a few months ago even though they felt too narrow (these are Monmouth on the 888). The salesman talked me out of special ordering the F width, and told me to wear them for a bit and come back; I know they stand behind what they sell so I wasn't too worried, but I admit to being a little bit put off. So I wore them for a bit and the left stretched nicely and felt fine, but the right was still too tight. I took them back and he stretched the right foot and now they are perfect. At the same time, they had a pair of F width in store for the trunk show, which I tried, and they felt great. On my right foot. The left was a bit loose. So the moral of the story is, sometimes we can and should trust salesmen.

And now that they're back from the shop, they need a bit of TLC....

A long time lurker and recent poster here, just dropping by with a quick and heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful contributors on this thread. As a stylistically-deficient individual, the posts in this thread [in this board, really] have helped me gain some awareness on what to do/get/wear/etc. I don't have any shoe Appreciation to bring here yet, but I am enjoying all the pictures and discussion immensely, so I just wanted to say that.

These arrived today they're from the new AS Exclusive Range, same as my Cherry pair posted a while back but this time in Chestnut burnished.

X-posting with Austro-Hungarian School......

received those a few days ago, they are part of the Operation Paprika, many thanks to Fritzl and SG.
I really didn't like the shape and way the heels were looking, so off they went.
I then took advantage to take off the the slightly burgundy looking edge-coating covering the edges and the soles.
A new heel has been made and put in place, the soles just got some uncolored protecting coating and for the edges I've used some dark brown coating. A screwed toe-tap has been added and the laces changed.
After some more hours of TLC (creaming, waxing and shining) that's what these full brogues in scotch grain look like.
