Things have come a really, really long way from last year. Was taking a look back to see what was released in 2011 - shirts and knickers. This Fall? Trousers, chinos, sweaters, shirting, suiting, basics, outerwear... And most of it with an MTM option. Next Fall? Can't even imagine.

Buy a tote. I hesitate to say it as it's been said a million times before and I myself am a bit jaded from all tote-pushing that comes from Mauro's RL buddies. But I don't know Mauro in RL, nor do I have a vested interest in seeing totes sold (in fact, it's probably the opposite - more tote holders means less personal service for me, less chance at the tote holder exclusives), and I'm not worried about the brand growing and succeeding, because you can see quite clearly that people are buying WvG from other vendors at full price. But I'm still saying you should buy one.

It made financial sense if you liked the button downs - buy 2 or 3 and you've made your money back. But seeing how far things have progressed in a year, it's not ever going to be just button downs. You're looking at 30% off an full-fledged menswear brand, 50% off in your Birthday month, with an online MTM option, FOR LIFE, with personal customer service from the designer. You might even get an actual tote bag at some point.

If you like the aesthetic, it just seems like a no brainer to me. Don't think there's anyone who's regretted it.

I'm not really one to wanting to own a ton of button downs, which has kept me from buying a tote thus far, but the trousers and sweater (and everything pictured, really) may just convince me to do otherwise. Nice work, Mauro.
