I do love 550 cord...though I think i could probably learn to tie one of these myself but the clasp piece is pretty cool.

Heh - spent summers in Nantucket as a kid, where these originated (I believe). Tradition was to put one on in the beginning of the summer and cut it off right before school. Loved 'em ever since.

These things are the essence of beautiful simplicity. There's no visible knot. They shrink to fit your wrist, and develop a great patina.

I could see it looking pretty good with an M65 or something like that, although I think the key fob or lanyard would be a lot better.

I kinda like the watch strap, for a really big clunky watch.
