Anything with a good beat really from some weezy songs to some tribal house or dubstep (any breakbeats really)DJs to classic rock.
When I run outside I like to listen to Kosheen.

i primarily do boxing for workouts. I hate pretty much all rap, but thats all i can listen to when I work out.
