I had never heard of them either till about a year ago. A place in town that carries like 300 beers called Growler's carries them as an app. Three eggs, sliced in half with a honey mustard dipping sauce. They have a much thinner layer of sausage around them that I have not been able to replicate. But that's OK, mine have a good smoke ring that would be lost on a really thin layer of sausage.
