I know we have some cycling enthusiasts on here. A few semesters ago i was doing around 150 miles a week riding 4-5 days. Things have been getting pretty busy as of late and haven't had any time to ride over the summer.

Finally getting in more of a routine with school fixing to start and I now have some time blocks I can devote to riding.

Just started back with a short 18 Mile ride. Most of my rides are going to probably be <40 miles because of time constraints.

Man... I thought this thread would be about horses.

I rode about 5 miles this morning. Nothing crazy.

Half hour on the rollers. It confirmed that running and biking a different, I'm out of shape, and 10 years off of rollers will cause your "roller balance" to get worse. It's a start though.

Rode 60 miles yesterday with quite a bit of climbing (4500 ft). I usually get out 5 days, 12 hours or so a week.

My standard loop from my house is 24 miles, a few moderate New England hills, do a 15 to 16 pace, couple times a week. Would really like to pick up the pace a bit.

Oh, by BICYCLE! None. I live 1.5 miles from my school, and 3.5 miles from my girlfriend. I'd rather ride a motorcycle than bicycle.

I would really like to get a set of rollers just to practice my stroke. 4-5 months without riding has left my stroke fairly choppy. Thats all i'm reallly focusing on now, just keeping everything smooth.

That sounds about like what my schedule used to be. i would ride (2) two hour sessions about 4 days a week.

wish i had the time to still do that

Work and back is approx. 11 miles. Rode in today, but this was only the third time in as many weeks. Hopefully I'll keep it up.
