CP safari boots in tan, from Aloharag. FWIW, I've seen the FW09 line, including some models that don't seem to be available from any place yet (light olive nylon safari boots), and I thought that they were pretty well excecuted. As for the simpler models, I prefer the shell toes to the Achilles, though I like them both.

So I picked up this coat thinking that it would be noncontroversial, but I have been getting all sorts of differing feedback IRL. So I wanted to get some opinions here. The issue seems to be the shoulders. They are not quite roped but are not natural either. I like the coat but if no one else on the planet does, I will probably return it, because it was expensive.

Your brutal honesty would be appreciated.

Pics are slightly overexposed to show details.

I was debating between the tan and dark grey. Should've opted for the tan now that I think about it, since I don't have any shoes in that color.

Yeah, and why not? It is cheaper than a lot of the brands that get more love on this forum, like BoO. Fred Perry laurel line shirts are super nice, MOP buttons and all, plus they fit me the best.

the shoulders seem a little big and the body seems a little ill fitting. looks like a great coat, but maybe not so fitting on you.

Thanks. I will try a size down (from 52 to 50) and see if that helps.
