I majored in creative writing (for reasons still not entirely clear to me) and ****, those core classes were a trip. I remember walking into the first class of the poetry workshop course and only seeing some girl wearing a cape sitting next to a girl wearing hand warmers and knitting (possibly another pair of hand warmers).

Yeah, and even when I got hit with customs fees, I think it was under $30 from TBS. I don't bother with most canadian retailers unless they're having sales. Ordering from pretty much any other country is worth it even with the customs hit in comparison.

I'm technically declared as a CW major but I am looking at things to transfer into right exactly now. Workshops are a goddamn felony, if I have to read one more story where the mom dies of cancer or a full-grown adult says "freaking" I am going to flip some little plastic chairs.

I will wear any pair of cool shoes until the bottoms detach from the tops in an irreversible way. Plus I can relieve them with CPs if necessary.

I started out as an creative writing major but ended up an econ/social science major. Couldn't stand the creative writing people. Good decision all around (Nerdy Asian chicks who liked comics were also a lot easier to pull than the fauxhemians who were more interested in posturing and, in my limited experience, were generally lazy in bed)
