I'm looking for an ellegant, formal pair of jeans. To wear them with a shirt and a pair of Grensons, Santoni, C&J, etc.

I'm not at all insterested in Levis as they seem to be very popular here, neither the latest fads/brands for teenagers.
I have maybe 30 pairs of jeans from Cucinelli, Barba, Borrelli to Boss, Hugo, Paul Smith, Marlboro Classics and Acne.
Still searching for a perfect fit. I'm in my mid 30s with a 34 waist and cannot wear very slim fitted anymore.

My next purchase probably will be Acne Stay.

I would like the Starch Blue ones as a formal, more ellegant pair. I have 3 pairs of Mic (straight leg) that I absolutely love, and one pair of Moc (too relaxed) and 2 pairs of Max. The Max model is very slim fit and I can't really wear them (I'm 34 waist and over 30

).

The Stay model looks pretty slim, but I hope not as much as the Max model. Flat fronted (center crease?), tappered leg with pretty high waist, japanese selvedge denim, right hand twill .

What do you think?

Sorry, ordered them already (Stay Starch Blue). I'll probably wear them as Friday casual pants.
