One of the secretaries here is a germaphobe. She soaks chicken in a vinegar mixture for 15 mins before cooking. WTF??

I hear "cooking stuff" is pretty good at killing germs.

I never cook chicken, because I am terrified of poisoning myself. I always turn into into a chard puck.

Many days I subsist off of broken dreams, bitterness, and whisky.

Old people and running shoes. You know, the old people that wear them so they won't fall? Yeah, running shoes actually make old people fall. They don't lift their feet enough, running shoe grabs the walking surface, face plant. Had a PT explain that to me once. Seems to be true.

Hey maybe I'm just becoming old of year but I don't get why a person needs to wear a hood. Indoors. It makes for a ridiculous appearance. I predict that Calvin Klein or someone will start making sport coats with hoods on them so that these people will have feeling of comfortable (peacemind) when they enter the grown-up world.

My boots and all kinds of non-sneaker shoes are more comfortable than sneakers. I'm used to walking in them. The pillowy sneaker soles alter my gait and the extra cushioning doesn't really provide any benefit. They make me feel less stable, too -- when standing on public transportation I don't rock back and forth in boots or other thicker, harder-soled shoes but sneakers make it feel like I'm trying to balance myself while standing on a bed.

I had a few shots at the bar. Probably not the best idea but I still feel pretty good about it anyway.
