What the deal with this Inis Meain character? I mean I never heard of these sweaters before in my life and now everybody and their mother is talking about them. When I finally get a hold of one and if the clouds don't part, angels sing, and prince Charles himself doesn't wipe ****** with the softest of yarns I am gonna scream.

So weird to me, after growing up in Ireland, that Aran jumpers would ever be considered cool. Inis means Island, Meain means middle, so Inis Meain is the middle of the three Aran islands off the west coast.

I think it's a sign of the times, quality and craftsmanship is coming back in to fashion, at least in mens wear, which is why I love brands like Albam focusing on european made quality.

Even worse, some lady was doing that in the elevator a few days ago. She didn't seem to care one bit that the rap she was listening to was f-this/f-that. That's great in a business environment at 8a.

Here's hoping she was on the way to an interview and somebody in the hiring process was on board.

I think the problem is that adults are more or less free from the threat of instant physical violence when they do stupid ****, which was an instant feedback mechanism when we were kids. That woman on the elevator should have been prescribed a Street Fighter-style uppercut and then all would be well again
