They are Ellsworth Bunker-esque.

I wouldn't take that guy's advice on glasses too seriously. J/k. Actually, no I'm not. Although I do think they are slightly small. But I'm just an optometry student. What do I know?

To the detractors: What about them is "too small?" Lens width, overall size, etc.?

Pretty even split.

I like the glasses, but they seem a bit narrow for your head.

They are too small for his face. He looks like a Nazi scientist in those frames.

I actually didn't specify a size when I ordered. Maybe I will call tomorrow and see if they have the 45s (the pictured frames are 41).

generally, the rule is that the frames are the same width of the head so that when the temples go back, they do not bend outwards. In other words, the frames should be the same shape on your head as they should be sitting on a table. The "temples" are what the things that go over your ears are called. The temples should be as parallel as possible while on your head. I think they look alright and it's a minor point. I think you're on the threshold of just right/too small. If you like em, go for it.
