Missed a Spot: 1920

cmeisenzahl, thanks for sharing. Very nice pics of the past.

American students no longer dress that way. I see many sloppily dressed elementary school students waiting for school buses. Saw the same thing at college, and similarly at whitecollar workplace. Whatever happened?
