Found this lying around and remembered that I had promised to post it. To refresh your collective memories, this was a recipe promised with the use of Buy it Now on two Sulka shirts I purchased on ebay. The shirts themselves are OK. Fused collars and cuffs that feel pretty downmarket, though largeish troca buttons. Fabric is OK.
Here it is:
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
Melt chips and butter. Add sugar and milk. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Boil for 8 minutes or until thickened. Add vanilla. Serve warm over vanilla ice cream.
