Stephan Schneider Fit Question - Page 4

best places to get ss stuff online, preferably in the EU? I used to turn to PARK, but they didn't have a lot left at sale time last season.

Guys..my chest size is 42. I have read through this thread and i am not quite sure as to take size 6 or 7. I am looking for a fit similar to what Spencer had mentioned earlier. If you guys had to compare BoO and Stephan Schneider in terms of quality, construction and fabric used, which would you recommend?

I do understand that BoO are a great fit for skinny guys. That said, would it be right to say that sizing up in BoO is the way to go to compensate for this with me being on the slightly muscular, athlete type bodyframe?

Thanks in advance for your valuable info guys.

6 may be too small for you. I wear 6 in ss and am a 41 chest. BoO shirts vary (oxford, batiste, others); all fit slightly differently. I would be surprised if you are other than XL in most BoO, but forget BoO oxford in XL which will be too small. Maybe XXL in the oxford. Get actual measurements for the item you are considering.

We sound like a similar size. Stephan Schneider and BoO are different. The silhouettes are similar, in that they are tapered at the torso and curved in at the bottom hems, but Stephan is a truer slim fit whereas BoO is an ultra slim fit. I own 3 BoO shirts 1 XL and 2 XXL. It's funny and weird buying XXL whereas I would barely consider myself anything bigger than an L in most brands. For example I wear L in EG and Gitman so buying XXL is kind of a kick in the balls morale wise

The Stephan Schenider shirt I pictured in an early post on this thread is a 6. It fits slim but by NO MEANS too tight. Probably could've gone with a 7, but have no regrets getting the 6.

Does anyone have this shirt?

Are the photos indicative of the true color of the shirt? They say it's brown but it looks more of a light purple/brown to me.

my guess would be 6 in shirts. 5 in sweaters and most outerwear.
