SF Cribs: The places behind the clothes

Don't get it twisted! This threads main goal is to offer criticism just like WAYWT. Now lets not forget that all this is in fun and games as well as to not turn this into a pissfest. Look at the "Cars we Drive" thread it is not all a circle-jerk but a discussion of aspirations and preferences...

SF Cribs: The places behind the clothes

I find it strange why people would post pictures of where they live on the internet. Do you all think your living your own version of vogue living? So far all I've seen is some vague middle class desire to show off ones internet e-penis. I'm sorry but posting pictures of the mansion you live...

    The Official Wine Thread

Henri doesn't compare to Grange... IMO nothing thye produce below the best Grange compares. Tasting notes? Experience? I'm not expecting a comparison with Grange. Each wine that is produced is seperate and different, and shouldn't be compared with best in show. Like saying that one shouldn't...

    The Official Wine Thread

Does anyone have any experience with Penfolds St. Henri? How does it compare with the Grange? I have a case of the stuff that I have been keeping in the cellar, and it seems about right to start drinking gradually. Most of my wine knowledge is limited to Australian wines. I've tasted and...

    Cigarette for Beginner

Ohh I don't doubt you at all when you say you enjoy it. Nicotine is after all one of the most addictive substances in the world. Now I'm not going to hold a anti-smoking speech here. I can assure him though, women that don't smoke will never find him attractive. I mean really smell your shirt...

Did anyone see the add for "Bespoke Tailors of Hong Kong" in the Age today? My interest was peaked at their student deal of 2 shirt, 2 suit for $780. Whilst clearly not bespoke it's pretty darn cheap, and generally tailors that can afford international travel to their clients must be...

    Cigarette for Beginner

A men that smokes says two things: 1) I have a addictive personality 2) I'm willing to sacrifise my health and those around my to be part of the "cool" group. I am a smoker. I smoke because I enjoy it and usually I smoke with my close friends - privately. And I am not cool. What does that say...

    Thick as Thieves ONLINE

    Furniture for My New Apartment

My dad had these chairs in the '70s and '80s. When I started to develop taste in furniture, I thought they were just cheap. Little did I know they were sophisticated and modern. What is the name of this chair? My mother has these in chrome tubular design with the rattan but with natural pine.

Do you display any unusual collection in your study?

I have four wrestling trophies my great grandfather won in 1910 and a **** load of past generations of family staring down at me. I also have a cannonball from the American Revolution and my grandfathers bayonet. Also a Chagall, Whiteley and some other Australian artists.
