When to throw out your old dress shirt?
Indeed there are no clear rules for it, for me it mostly after i didn't wear it for close to a year and not feel guilty about it. Random fashion thoughts
You'll definitely recognise steampunk when you see it ;), very outgoing. Don't really see it as a style but more as a subculture look goth or punk. In my opinion not something to wear for casual days. Belongs in convention halls and certain events.- Pope Paul

Not such a problem with loafers, nice sleek italian ones are fine (as long as the sole is covered but the upper leather) but you'll never see me walking with tassels on my shoes ever again!- Pope Paul

Menswear on Women
Have to admit that there are indeed some exaggerated clothes in the posts above (for instance the huge white lapels/white tuxedo get up) but in general a woman could very easily get away with a good bespoke suit. But they will never get away with a gentleman's walking cane, just looks silly.- Pope Paul
