Need to get a measure. So might be in a bit to get you the measurements. It is definitely closer to a N.American Medium than it is a Japanese Medium. Sleeves aren't long but the width is generous.- brian11

I think there's a bit of paranoia tbh when it comes to CP sizing. I am true US10 (10 Vans/10.5 flyknits, etc) and I found that a 43 in CP is slightly too large. A 42 is a bit tight in width, but after a bit of wear, it becomes a perfect fit. And I wear 42 in Vintage high, Achilles low...- brian11

That's pretty nifty but I would be careful. I would go with the general consensus which is -1 if you have narrow/normal feet, tts if you have wide feet. Some of the comparisons are off. CP is not +1 on Postmen, lol.- brian11

Imapro I think you're very correct. I'm a 5'8, 135 lbs with size 10 feet. I did check proprotions out in the mirror, and the 43's certianly do look long. Looks like they're goin back up for sale, and i'm picking a pair of 42 whites up.- brian11

Yea, I got the perforated 42's in today, and they are very snug. Not painfully tight, but very very snug. I guess since I have a pair of very snug 42s and a pair of loose 43's, I'll run an experiment to see whats a better fit - letting the 42 stretch out or wearing 43's with insoles.- brian11

Ok, so the vintage low were also too big. Really loose. I think I'm going crazy because I've always assumed I had normal width feet, now i think I have narrower feet. I'm really going to have to check on a Brannock. If 42 fit in perforated low, can I assume perforated low and achilles low...- brian11

Really? Maybe its the leather of the uppers. I found them long (as per the norm) but I did not find them slim or restrictive at all.
