    The Comic Book Thread

Just read the first Age of X book. The could have at least given us a smidgen of background. Fascinating concept by its SO out there that its almost impossible to comprehend. The latest X-Men:Legacy and New Mutants give a little more background of the storyline.. I just started reading...

    Southland (NBC/TNT)

This season has been really good so far. Sammy finding out that baby is his own ...I wonder if that will change his behavior. Hopefully he just sits around babysitting Nate's family..because his wife is a trainwreck waiting to happen. His character has definitely developed this season with...

    The Amazing Spider-Man (07/03/2012)

I kinda agree I don't think I like where this is going... That's a whack spider logo on his back...Not really digging his new outfit...Even though they are trying to make a fresh look on the storyline.

    NBA 2016-2017 Season Thread

I just watched just the 4th quarter and Kobe's shot was (barely) not falling, but he made a few really good plays in the last couple of minutes. Clutch as he could be. Holy hell this has to be the longest alley-oop ever. Top of the OPPOSITE key!! IMPORTANT NOTICE: No media files are hosted on...

Darren Aronofsky to direct next Wolverine film!

I hope that's true, because we all know how Fox gets down. I don't know if you are serious. Fox practically ruined Wolverine: Origins. Either way, with Aronofsky taking the lead, I believe this film will be a lot more darker and a little bloodier. I just hope the storyline is well-written.

Another well-written episode. I am glad they are beginning to incorporate Chang in the show...Although, it's beginning to seem redundant with the theme of being in the group and the getting kicked out before the end. His black elf was hilarious. And Annie....Yum.

U.S. Remakes of British TV Shows

I like the US Office. A very different show to the British version, but enjoyable. Otherwise, ya, the remakes blow. Agreed. The two shows have different types of comedy. But honestly, I believe that David Brent > Michael Scott.

Self Edge SF/NY/LA/PDX/MX - Japanese Denim & Leather, Top Notch Basics, Very Nice Jewelry + Eyewear, & More

I noticed your Nudies selection on your website and was wondering if I should get a 36 or 38 in the Big Bengt or Easy Emils. I normally wear a 38 in jeans and it seems that these two cuts would be comfortable for big thighs and calves =/ Any suggestions? Been looking for a pair of denim that is...

I have a jean...(The Ultimate Jean Thread For Beginners) - ask questions here.

I'm looking into a pair of APC New Standards in a 36...Are they too slim for someone who has big calves and thighs? I bought a pair of Rescue's in a 36 last year and am looking for a more tapered fit. Any help would be great. Thanks.

    Man of Steel (2013)

I will wait to see him in costume to pass judgement. I really hope it isn't that concept drawing of Superman with his belt buckle built into the suit. I've never heard of the actor who was casted as Superman, but hopefully he can do the job. I thought Brandon Routh did a pretty good job as...

    The Comic Book Thread

I just too recently began collecting comics again and I agree that the price for comics these days hurt. But, I'm glad that I'm finally able to pick up a hobby I enjoyed doing as a kid and have the funds to finally follow a storyline instead of missing out on an issue or two. Haha.

    The Amazing Spider-Man (07/03/2012)

You mean Aunt May? I'm not the biggest Spider Man fan but I don't think she made his suit. He constantly see Spider Man saving people on television or the newspaper, I think she would have made the connection on who Spider Man is if she made his suit. Agreed. She doesn't know Peter is...

A.P.C. The official thread for APC denim sizing and other questions.

Hello, Finally joined the forums but have been reading the posts. I was planning on purchasing a pair of New Standards in a 36 but not too sure if it would be too tight for me because I have pretty big thighs and calves. I owned a pair of Rescues and those fit fine, but I didn't like the...
