All, Thank you very much for your suggestions. I completely forgot about CT, and of course now all their stuff is sold out. I used to order from TM Lewin, but gave up after they consistently bungled my order (wrong sizes, missing items etc.). I think I'll take a gamble and see if someone can...- ottobotte
