    i was a bit confused too, ended up getting the culatta double zips. this is what holger sent me horse = any part of the horse, but not the back part culatta = back part of the horse. usually stiffer/harder/thicker and with "used" optic = grain, texture, scarring ... cordovan = horse ass...

    it was originally black, it has faded hints of red, especially in my 2nd picture (back), and some fades of brown around the shoulder area. it has held up really well
