Yes, I should have said up to 60%/75%. Usually the first two floors have a lag in the % discount relative to the third floor. I was hoping somebody knows how long that lag is and/or knows when the up to 75% will kick in on the first two floors.- demo5

istanbul help
In the Grand Bazar, go to Koc for leather goods. I picked up a very nice suede shirt there and their quality is excellent. The high-end department store is Vakko. They have some nice stuff, but it's relatively pricey since they are like a Neiman Marcus or Saks.- demo5
