They were fine until I saw the tongue. That is high fashion for you, everything needs to be just a tad bit insufferable. But honestly, the logo tag on the tongue makes these look a terrible fake from Chinatown. In any case, it's interesting to see so thanks for sharing.- BearStearns

The Berluti shoe thread
The closest Berluti will probably ever come to a "normal" double monk strap, no Scitto gimmicks, just a plane black captoe with a subtle patina. This model is also Goodyear welted which is rather rare for Berluti. That cut in the middle of the strap, I do not know what to make of it... What do...- BearStearns

I was looking at a pair of Church's for sale online and two things caught my eye. First is this line running across the sole, just below the Church's stamp: Second is how the inner corner of the heel block is painted black: Is this the new way of marking subs?
