How many miles did you run today?
Finally got back into the gym my injury the first week of March. My strength and conditioning is way down right now. I'm struggling on 100kg back squat, 35kg snatch, and 70kg clean and jerk. Normally those are light warm up weights before doing my working sets and those weights feel like working...- Texasmade
