The Armoury - Official Affiliate Thread

Yeah I’ve done a couple MTO through them as well, and I’ll probably stick with that going forward, but had wanted to give their standard model a try. I guess I find it a surprising design choice for such an otherwise watch-oriented shop.

The Armoury - Official Affiliate Thread

Question for anyone who's worn Armoury shirts with the conical cuff (like the 100Hands RTW models): are you able to wear a watch? They seem impossibly narrow at the wrist.

Yes they quoted me $3,250, and mentioned that the price had recently gone up. (Last year I was quoted the same $2,750 that you're referencing). I'm not sure what to make of the sport coat price you mention, since it would be odd if prices for one went up but not the other.

٭٭٭ No Man Walks Alone - Official Affiliate Thread ٭٭٭ (a.k.a. I shouldn't have slept on it)

I'm Rota-curious but am unsure about sizing, especially on this latest batch since I don't see measurements posted. How do folks here size, for example, the Manhattan and the flat fronts? (Edited since measurements now added—thanks!)

Ring Jacket suit MTO seems to have gone up again, up to $3250 now. At twice the price of some of the RTW, it's quite the premium.

    Antonio Meccariello Shoes

Some of you have mentioned getting a particular (half) insole directly from AM to fill up extra volume. He mentioned this option to me, but it's apparently over 60 EUR to ship the insoles to the US, just the same as if it were a pair of shoes. Is that really the price that others here have paid...

At least some of them were gray-market imports from abroad. There was a U.S. Supreme Court case about it.

Edward Green Appreciation: Pictures, Info, and Where to Buy

An update: covering with Saphir cream polish barely made a difference. Also tried Avel Hussard in case it was an oil stain, no luck there either. But then tried Pure Polish cleaner/conditioner, and that cleared it up! Very impressed with their products.

Thanks, cream polish would certainly be an easy fix. But what does INE stand for?

Edward Green Appreciation: Pictures, Info, and Where to Buy

Shoe care question: below are pics of some weird staining along the quarters of my Dovers. I can't figure out what it is (nothing I can think of happened to them) but somehow it's on both shoes in roughly the same spot. Have tried wiping down with a damp cloth and then a little bit of...

It's a GMTO. Email Dennis with your size and I'm sure he'll take care of it.

Carmina Shoes - Definitive Thread (reviews, advice, sizing, etc...) - official thread.

FWIW, I tried and failed to wear a Rain D in the same size as Simpson. I have a low-volume foot and take a narrow width with some brands. I can get away with wearing Simpson in my regular TTS size rather than sizing up, and so I had expected the same with Rain D. But the toe box was just crushing.
