Why can’t I see a gallery of pictures within a thread? Can you bring galleries back? We are working on it! We love the image galleries feature as much as you do, but the new platform, hosted on Xenforo, is a little trickier to work with than the previous one. Our developer is currently working on integrating image galleries within threads.

Do you share Styleforum users’ personal information with third parties? Privacy is a top priority for us, therefore Styeforum does not share any personal information.

How does Styleforum sustain itself? Styleforum exists thanks to our network of affiliate vendors, the display of advertising banners, and the commissions generated through affiliated links. If you want to support us, you can make a purchase after being redirected to a website from any page on Styleforum.net.

Can I advertise my brand on Styleforum if I’m not an affiliate vendor? At the current moment, only Styleforum affiliates are allowed to actively promote their business on the website. This is a way to both protect the community from running into unregulated and undisclosed advertising posts, and for us to be aware of what type of advertised content is published on the forum.

How do I become an affiliate vendor? You can apply to be affiliate vendor on Styleforum by sending us an email at [email protected]. Please notice that we only consider affiliation requests from brands that we believe will meet the interest of the community.

How do I know if a post is advertised content? We strive to be transparent and disclose any advertised content on Styleforum. Therefore, all affiliate vendors are labeled as such under their Styleforum avatars, even when they post in threads other than their Official Affiliate Threads. If you see a user with no affiliate status advertising openly on the forum, that is a violation of the community’s T&C, and we’ll thank you for reporting it.

I have an eBay store; can I list my items for sale on the Buy & Sell forum? If you aren’t a store or brand, or if selling on the internet is not a business of yours, you are welcome to list your items for sale on the B&S forum. How do I report spam or violation of T&C? If you believe a post violates the community’s terms & conditions, is offensive, or spam, you can report it by clicking the “report” button at the bottom of the post.

I have been scammed by a seller/buyer on the Buy&Sell forum. Can you refund me my money? We take no responsibility for the transactions completed on the Buy&Sell forum, and we strongly advise to use PayPal for every transaction, since they do provide buyer and seller protection. However, you can report cases of suspected fraud by writing us at [email protected].

Do you store credit card / PayPal information after users submit it on the Buy & Sell forum? We do not. Our system does not store any sensitive information.

How do I “bump” an item on the Buy & Sell forum? To “bump” a listing, use the "Update Listing and Bump to Top" button that is at the top of your Buy & Sell listing. Please remember that users are allowed to “bump” a listing once a week only, unless you drop the price by at least 5%.

I accidentally signed up using my real full name; can you take down the account and all the posts made using such account? We do not delete accounts or posts upon request, but we can edit a username so that your full name won’t show in searches anymore.
