Ferragamo Wing Tips for dress. eBay.

Bally "Bilbao" Oxford for casual. eBay.

Of course I never trust designer labels on eBay, but the pictures don't do either pair justice especially the rich burgundy of the Bally's. The wing tips are basically brand new, but I hope to restore the Bally's (expect a help post on that one). Shoe trees are already helping.

Dries Van Noten tech-y fabric blazer.

It's actually navy, not black. The sales girl was insane, but I survived her assault. She told me to try on D&G, and buy really tight jeans, because apparently, "It's all about really tight jeans, and pumas."

I hate when sales associates at department stores get offended when I advise them against what the SA is telling them. Offended isnt really the right word but when they say something that implies that that my advice is garbage.

I thought the point of recent-purchase threads was to show readers new pieces rather than list them. The former action is a community service, the latter a personal one.
