Given that B&S is a great service, and far preferable to eBay, I wouldn't mind paying a little to use it.

1) Questions can be useful to other potential buyers. Yes, there is some abuse of the system, but there is some abuse of any system. Just be aware that if you are an abuser, and suddenly get spanked for something you've been getting away with, don't whine.

2) You know how you gauge the success of a forum? By the content and the traffic. To make people pay to use a service they can get for free elsewhere (i.e. other fora) that increases both is akin to shooting ********* off. Me, I like ******* where it is.

Regarding again the whole paying for the classifieds thing, theer was somewhere some discussion on that once AAAC instituted that, the consensus was, indeed that it was not the best idea. I like teh looser format here much more.
