Got a sample long sleeve Michael J Krell 'diamond neck' shirt a day or two ago. Also just pulled the trigger on this Hickey shirt:
I'm pretty excited about both of these actually as it's my first purchase from both suppliers.
Now I just have to wait on the mail man. I'll post fit photos when they arrive.

Both are LL Bean. The boots are the Bison leather which SuperBobo also has. They are a steal at only $99. By the way, I'll add that these boots and shoes are handsewn.
