I kinda' thought the point of having a post limit for the CE forum meant one had to demonstrate some participation in other parts of the forum before jumping into the CE fray. I didn't think it was an invitation to start CE threads in other forums. I am referring specifically to this thread: http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?p=839968 Edit: It's not a huge deal, I guess. I decided that trying to discuss grown-up things with college sophomores in the CE forum was rather pointless and I'd just prefer to see that type of thing stay in CE.

interesting point Dan. Personally I dont have a huge problem with new members who are not trolls starting CE-esque discussion outside CE because they cannot get in...providing it stays civil. So far that one has stayed civil, the OP hasnt gone off the rails, and no other newbies have shown up claiming to be Lakshmi Mittal . I can move it over to CE, but then the guy who started it cant play along, which isnt really fair on him either. For the time being I am OK with it - but your point is well made.
