can anyone tell me how to measure lug-to-lug?? i know the lugs are the little leg things sticking out connecting to the watchstrap, but for example i am looking at an ebay listing for a seiko 5 that says it has a 38mm case but 42mm lug-to-lug...what exactly is the seller measuring?

How many of you use watch winders? if so, how much did you pay for one? I only have one automatic watch, but I'm considering purchasing one.

thanks gdl! i've always suspected it but some of the measurements i've seen just seem a bit odd (such as in my example 4 extra mm for the lug-to-lug over case diameter for the military seiko 5). at least now i know i'm not crazy!

You do not like the orange version with the leather strap?

I don't mind the orange version but find the black one much better-looking (JMO of course). A very classic dive watch

The bracelet is way too hot to pass and it's pretty easy to switch from the bracelet to a rubber or leather strap, so I'd recommend to definitely get the ss bracelet version and maybe buy a couple of extra straps afterwards

The SP is more versatile and less sporty than the PO.

I used to collect Speedmasters and have a few, including the massive 125 and several of the older cal. 321 models.

Does anyone here own a Dornblüth? A wristshot would be much appreciated.
