have never tried them but wondering if dept stores (or other chain retailers) typically carry american apparel short and long sleeved T's??

even better, anyone know of any stores in the San Fran/ Bay Area that carry them?

I buy almost all of my AA stuff on ebay. With the wholesale discount you can generally get really really low prices. I ordered 3 shirts a few weeks ago and paid 15 dollars total + shipping.

I was just kidding around with you. They have the tees there. But...they are $15 each. These can easily be found cheaper elsewhere. Ebay = 7.00-9.00 while the shirts are about $5.90 at wholesale.

i'd just like to go check sizing and then try and get them through other online sources - so thanks for the clarification...i can be dim, at times, though usually not quite this bad!

The shirts shrink a ****-ton as well.

I'm normally a small but I buy AA tees in a medium (if they are 100% cotton). They usually shrink down to the size of a small after washing and drying though. Smalls won't even fit after I take them out of the dryer.

38.

Neck size 14.5, sleeve 33. Here's a pic of the medium AA tee I am wearing today as well.

I wear a small in Polo classic fit as well.
